She was attentive, informative and knowledgeable about what she was doing. Great hospitality. She talked me through every step of the process which made me feel good. She listened and understood the assignment. She also did what would only be good for my hair which I truly appreciate because other hairdressers will do anything for a client knowing it won't be good for their hair in the long run.
